Oprah Winfrey’s acceptance speech for the Cecil B. de Mille Award earned a standing ovation not only from the attendees at the 2018 Golden Globes, but from the internet as well. Her powerful words on the #MeToo movement and recognition for Recy Taylor, who passed away in late December, left watchers moved.
