KM Shareef, the former head of PFI passes away in Mangaluru

Mangaluru : Former National President of Popular Front of India KM Shareef has passed away at a private hospital in Mangaluru on Tuesday  after prolonged illness.

He was 56.

Shareef was admitted to a private hospital in Mangaluru with liver related disease, where he breathed his last on Tuesday afternoon.

“It is with great sadness that we announce the sad demise of K.M.Shareef Saheb, NEC Member of Popular Front. KM Shareef  was also former Chairman of Popular Front. His demise is a great loss to the community and the organization. May Allah (swt) grant him magrifah and reward him with highest honors in the hereafter.” said Anis Ahmed, General Secretary of Front in a message.
